In my view, there are two possible solutions
SOLUTION 1:
In case you download files and exceed your limit, you will need to use VPN technique to change your IP address since Mega uses IP addresses to limit how much a users can download.
Step1: Close the current mega folder from where you are downloading the files
Step2: Download and install this Vpn https://1.1.1.1/
Step3: Use to it change your IP address
Step4: Continue downloading the rest of the files from the same mega folder you were using before untill you again exceed your 3GB limit.
Step5: You will have to repeat these steps again and again to download all the files by changing IP addresses each time
SOLUTION 2: (For me It’s BEST)
Creating a mega account gives you 20 GB of cloud storage free, which you can use to your advantage

STEP1: Create a Temporary mail using this website https://temp-mail.org/en/
(IN case you don’t want to create a Gmail account on your own each time)
STEP2: Use this same mail to create a mega account as a new user.
STEP3: You will get the activation mail on the same website https://temp-mail.org/en/ activate it. (Note down the mail and password for the mega account somewhere)
STEP4: You can import a file or folder directly into your Mega account in a second by right-clicking on the folder and selecting “IMPORT TO CLOUD DRIVE.”.
STEP5: With this feature, you can import all the files from the MEGA folder containing the material.Because importing is very fast, it only takes a few seconds, but it does have a limit of 50GB per account, remember that.
STEP6: Don’t forget to write down all these mega account credentials somewhere and create as many mails as you want.
